" Teamwork is the highest form of energy that can be tapped off the face of the Earth" - Anonymous.

I stand by this quote and commit myself to this quote at all times. My school life was entirely self-centered and never was there a time when i would engage in group activities. I always thought that engaging in a group would mean a waste of time and energy. But it occurred to no one that such a boy would turn out to lead the apparels & merchandise team in his final year of graduating from his university.
Frankly speaking, I spent a lot of sleepless nights in my first year wondering about scoring good grades and getting a well paid job after graduating. There were even times when I'd burn the midnight oil to keep track of my courses while my roommates would be watching Ilayaraaja sing his favorites in the most awaited inter-cultural fest. The worst part was that the Maestro's performance was within a 100 yards from my room!!
Finally the day dawned, which i wish would sparkle in everyone's life. This day was when i was called forth to join the Apparel & Merchandise team in my second year of college. Truthfully, it was never easy being a part of the organizing team. I toiled my ass off to get simple jobs done during my first year as an organizer. This may sound a little old-fashioned but practice does make a man perfect.
The second year, I was totally driven into the team. Only then did I realize the passion I had for organizing and realized my true skills. I learned to enjoy my work. It really changed my opinion on teamwork and co-ordination midst the members. Speaking of co-ordination among the members, one of my teammates turned out to be my buddy for life. This way of friendly movement in a group is what is needed for the team build-up.
This kinds of posts would fill up the places in my blog, giving tips and opinions about the organizing skills and co-ordination. Now-a-days every jack and john leading an enterprise expects these qualities up to the brim in his employees. So these posts will truly help you and benefit me in getting somewhere in life. See, teamwork between us becomes inevitable.
